I-The cook will report to the Kitchen Manager
II-Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the kitchen as a Line Cook ( (Grill, Salad, Sandwiches, Burgers,..)
III-Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Ability to perform duties which require standing and exerting fast pace mobility in a confined area for periods up to ten (10) hours or longer, if needed.
Ability to work in conditions exceeding standard room temperature for periods up to ten (10) hours or longer.
Ability to perform duties which require speed, efficiency and organizational skills.
Ability to read and accurately follow recipes.
